This page describes data use by metkanglobal.com, operated by Metkan Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., and the MetkanGlobal Analitik reporting application.
Contact and project enquiries
Names, company details, email addresses, phone numbers and project information submitted through forms are used to review enquiries and reply. Form contents are emailed to our sales team using Resend. Please do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Cookies and visitor analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load when you accept analytics. They process page visits, interactions, device and approximate location information; Clarity may create session recordings and heatmaps. Change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Advertising personalization signals are disabled in the site code.
MetkanGlobal Analitik and Google access
MetkanGlobal Analitik is an internal reporting tool for the site owner. It reads GA4 traffic and engagement reports and Search Console search performance through an authorized Google account. The Google Sheets permission technically covers all spreadsheets; the current code writes only to the report spreadsheet it creates. Apps Script triggers collect Google data weekly and Clarity summaries daily. The application does not request your Google password.
Storage, providers and sharing
Reports are stored in a private Google spreadsheet owned by the site owner. The current code does not publish the report, send emails or transmit data to an AI API. The Clarity token is stored in Apps Script properties. Google, Microsoft, Resend and hosting services process relevant data on their infrastructure, which may be in different countries. Google API data is not sold, used for advertising targeting or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Retention and control
Enquiry records are retained as needed to follow up the request and meet applicable obligations. Analytics service retention depends on project settings. Report archives are not automatically deleted by the current application; the owner can delete the spreadsheet or records. Revoke app access in your Google account’s third-party connections, stop Apps Script triggers and revoke the Clarity token to stop collection. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing reports.
