Mixer volume, filling and mixing time are assessed together. Grey and white products or different formulations require attention to discharge residue and cleaning access. Product performance classes require formulation and laboratory validation, not machinery alone.
Bagging, palletizing and proposal inputs
Bag type, filling weight and bags per hour determine packing, checkweighing, rejection and robotic palletizing. Share the product family, hourly output, operating hours, sand moisture and site dimensions for a proposal.
Does this adhesive plant also make liquid glue?
This solution is for cement-based tile adhesives supplied as bagged dry powders. Liquid glue, resin-based and solvent-based adhesives require different processes and equipment.
